Product and Service Listing Rules
Momity’s mission is to keep our community protected and safe for all women. Hence, listing that do not comply with our listing guidelines will be removed from our platform. Users who violate these rules may have a permanent suspension of their account from the platform.
As a seller or service provider, it is important that you abide by all the listing rules. We reserve the right to approve, reject or remove any listing if you fail to comply with our listing rules.
1. Don't list restricted products or/and services, counterfeits or infringing content.
- Dangerous, sexually explicit and offensive, or illegal products are prohibited from our marketplace.
- Inappropriate and offensive content includes: Adult content, including pornography and materials with nudity or implied nudity. Content that discriminates or negatively targets specific individuals, groups or organisations.
- Below are the list of the types of Goods and Services that are prohibited and/or restricted to be traded by the Seller on the Momity application:
- All types of drugs and other substances that are prohibited or restricted in circulation according to the applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the provisions of the Narcotics Law, Psychotropic Law, and Health Law. Also included in this provision are hard drugs, drugs that require a doctor’s prescription, anesthetics and the like, or drugs that do not have a distribution permit from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency.
- Cosmetics and food and beverages endanger their users’ safety or do not have a distribution permit from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency.
- Materials classified as Hazardous Materials according to the applicable Regulation of the Minister of Trade.
While those being traded do not include these things. - Other goods whose ownership or circulation violates the legal provisions in the country.
- Goods that are the result of Copyright infringement, including but not limited to media in the form of books, CD/DVD/VCD, information and/or electronic documents, as well as other media that are contrary to the Copyright Law.
- Adult goods of a sexual nature in the form of stimulant drugs, sex aids containing pornographic content, as well as strong drugs and adult drugs, both of which do not have an official distribution permit from the government or whose circulation is limited by applicable legal provisions.
- Alcoholic beverages.
- Advertisement.
- Any form of writing that can negatively affect the use of this site.
- Second-hand underwear.
- Firearms, sharp weapons, air rifles, and all kinds of weapons.
- Government and travel documents.
- Government uniform.
- Human parts/organs.
- Mailing lists and personal information.
- Items that harass certain parties/races or can demean other people.
- Pesticide.
- Police attributes.
- Items resulting from theft.
- Unlocker and all accessories were supporting the act of robbery/theft.
- Items that can and/or are flammable ignite or ignite on their own.
- Printed/recorded goods whose contents may disturb security & order as well as national stability.
- Dangerous animals and/or protected animals.
- Cash includes foreign currency unless the Seller has and can include a license as a Non-Bank Foreign Exchange Business Activity Operator and/or other regulations related to foreign exchange.
Signal scrambler, signal remover, and/or other tools that can interfere with the signal or telecommunications network. - Gambling equipment and equipment.
- Amulets objects that are claimed to have supernatural powers and give magical powers.
- Goods with Exclusive Distribution rights that can only be traded with a direct sales system by authorized sellers and/or Goods with a Multi-Level Marketing sales system.
- Non-physical products that cannot be sent via courier services, including but not limited to credit/voucher products (telephone, electricity, games, and/or digital credit), airplane tickets and/or train tickets.
- Show tickets, including but not limited to concert tickets, both physical and non-physical.
Official documents such as TOEFL Certificates, Diplomas, Doctor’s Letters, Receipts, and so on - All other types of Goods that are contrary to the regulations for shipping Goods.
Other goods that violate the provisions of applicable law in Singapore. - All types of services except for offers from Momity and its affiliates, including but not limited to printing services, cleaning services, wedding and catering services.
- All types of Goods whose contents are uncertain, random and/or raffles.
- Medical devices must have a distribution permit from the Ministry of Health or may not be traded freely.
2. Don't list the same products in different categories or under different cities in the same country and/or using different accounts.
3. Use accurate keywords to describe your products or services clearly, including basic details about the product or service type, size, description, product condition, price and delivery method.
4. Use actual photos of the product or service that accurately shows your product or service. Avoid using low-quality and low-resolution images.
5. Don't direct users out of the Momity platform to other e-commerce platforms.
6. We encourage every Momity member to use only a single account for all your transaction purposes on the platform.
7. Listing should not contain any personal information of another individual and/or any content that is offensive or harassing in nature.
8. Listing of irrelevant items into Momity groups is strictly prohibited. We will enforce actions on users spamming or abusing the Momity Groups.
9. Don’t promote content that threatens women on our platform, hate and violence on Momity’s group and Marketplace.
